  • I discuss when why learning to pause is such a healing tool and it allows us to see things differently.

  • I share why kindness and compassion is key.

  • Why self care and self love are important tools when learning to navigate ourselves.

  • Looking at peoples intentions behind things is so important.

  • Why understanding ourselves and our own patterns is important as well as turning the outside noise if we see people handling things better. Why we have to stop comparing ourselves.
