A perspective shift ...

It can be very easy to look around you and outside of yourself and see that others are living a perceived better life than you or doing the things you want to do. You find yourself thinking what are they doing or why can’t I do this for myself.

The truth is, everything is subjective and often our perception of things is very different from the reality of something. Also its remembering that we don’t know what it has taken for that person to get there and like all things they quite simply are in a different season to you and its their time to be seen etc. It can however feel a lot if you feel you’ve had a run of heaviness and you feel like you need a break.

When you are feeling like this the most important thing is to bring it back to you and work from that space.

Firstly, identify why you felt that outside comparison in the first place and what the feeling is underneath. Next how is it feeling in your body and nervous system, this is important as it allows us to see how unregulated we are with it. After this looking at why we want something in the first place is it really in alignment with you, sometimes its because we think we should be doing something and it’s not what we really want.

Lastly, get really on honest what season you're in your life and where you are really at.

By doing this you are taking your power back and allowing yourself to see where you are really at in perspective of what you want, and this clarity lays the foundations for creating things in the way thats best for you.

It’s also worth noting that it’s important to base or tie your worth on any of this, this sets us to be constantly chasing our worth outside of ourselves.

Let yourself start believing that you're creating a story for yourself thats based in true alignment to you and one that feels embodied and good in your nervous system. Where you are staying in your own lane and beginning to trust that you're exactly where you are meant to be and that nothing is forever and that change is the one constant we always have.

When we set our internal compass with trust to always being the true north that’s right for yourself and that you are always moving in the right the direction. This of course can be challenging when it’s not ideal, but we know this isn’t permanent. We all shine at different times, the key is staying true to your path and when we turn down the noise from the outside and we hear our own voice much clearer and louder, it shifts things. This enables us to amplify what’s coming from our true voice not the sound or copy of another.

Life of course will guide you on a journey that takes you inside and outside of yourself and its your job to bring yourself back in when you travel too far outside of yourself and too remember that within is where your truth and true path lies.

So if you find yourself looking around at others feeling that comparison and perceiving that there’s something they are doing better or what you need to be doing or what you're not achieving. Remember to of course be inspired but come back to you and stay in your own lane and on your true path and learn to trust your journey and let your heart compass be the true guide.

I’d love to hear your thoughts on this, do share with me.

All my love
