Your perfect process ...

It's not uncommon to feel like you're not where you want to be in life, but spiralling with negative thoughts can be detrimental. Instead, consider the idea of being present in the moment and accepting where you are. This doesn't mean you can't aim for growth or expansion, but rather that allowing yourself to be in the present can actually help you move forward.

When we are constantly focused on where we think we should be or stuck in the past, we are blocking ourselves from progress. This is true for creative thinking or generating new ideas as well – if our minds are cluttered with the past or future, there's no space for new thoughts to flow in.

To move forward, we first need to have compassion for ourselves and stop comparing ourselves to others. We also need to get clear on what we truly want, not what we think we should want. This is crucial for finding true inspiration and fulfilment.

Consider the following questions:

  • What old stories are you holding onto that may be hindering your progress?

  • Do you believe you're worthy of what you want?

  • What's your relationship with receiving like?

  • Does it feel safe in your nervous system to move forward?

  • How does it feel in your body?

Answering these questions can help you gain clarity on your goals or where you want to be and whether there's space for them in your life. Remember, accepting where you are can be a powerful tool for growth and progress. When you explore this questions, you may realise some of these things were blocking you.

When we fail to achieve what we want, we often assume that it's due to our own laziness or lack of ability. However, there are many external factors that can also affect our progress. Timing, circumstances, and other unseen forces can all play a role in determining our success. In fact, sometimes things don't happen because it simply isn't the right time. Over the years, I've learned that when this is the case, it's often because something better is on the horizon, and there are other factors at play that I'm just not aware of.

It's important to stay present and not get too caught up in future projections. This can hinder our progress and prevent us from moving forward. Trust the process, take things slow, and be mindful of the external factors that may be affecting your journey. By doing so, you may find that you reach your goals and where you want to be quicker than you ever thought possible.

I’d love to hear your thoughts on this?

All my love
