In this episode of finding grace I’m joined by the lovely Tania Gerard is the founder of Tania Gerard Digital, one of the UK's first consultancies dedicated to accessible marketing and neurodiversity. As someone with ADHD and autism, Tania transforms her lived experience into practical solutions for brands. She created the IMPACT framework, which she recently presented in a TED Talk, helping organisations like the NHS, Greene King, and Swim England make their marketing more inclusive. From corporate workshops to international speaking engagements, Tania shows that accessibility isn't just ethical, it's essential for effective communication and better business outcomes.

We met doing are ted talks and I can’t wait to share Tania on here today.

In this episode you’ll discover:

  • What Finding Grace means to Tania and how she connects with it in her own life.

  • Her journey from corporate burnout to building and running her own business.

  • How receiving a diagnosis became a pivotal and life-changing moment for her.

  • Why her business was born directly from her personal experiences.

  • Insights into navigating the world as a neurodiverse person, and the fact that 1 in 5 people are neurodiverse.

  • Lessons from her TEDx talk on why many people struggle to use websites and how this leads to huge amounts of untapped revenue.

  • How unmet needs are stifling creativity, and what we can do about it.

  • The story behind her self-created IMPACT framework, and how it can transform the way businesses operate.

  • The power of small, thoughtful changes, and how they can revolutionise workplaces.

  • An explanation of the “purple pound” and why it matters.

  • The real challenges people face in workplaces that aren’t designed for them, and practical solutions to change that.

  • The everyday things that are bringing her joy right now.

Tania shares this and so much more in this important conversation.
